Welcome to our independent neighborhood forum! This portal is designed to foster friendly communication, neighborly recommendations, social event planning, and general community discussions among residents.
Grassroots communication. This platform is an unofficial, homeowner-initiated communication tool. It is privately operated for the benefit of the community's residents.
Statutory compliance note. Under Florida law (F.S. § 720.303), community associations with 100 or more parcels are required to maintain an official website or app for statutory documents, official budgets, and board meeting notices. This portal does not replace the official HOA website or management portal, and official association notices cannot be legally served through this site.
If you are a member of the HOA Board of Directors participating in this forum, please note: under Florida's Open Meetings Act (§ 720.303), a quorum of board members discussing or voting on official association business outside of a properly noticed, open board meeting constitutes a statutory violation. All official business must be conducted through proper official channels.
