Acceptance of Terms

By registering and creating an account on this portal, you agree to abide by the following binding terms and conditions. This is an independent, homeowner-run platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, or its management company.

A. Identity Verification & Real Names

To maintain a civil, accountable, and respectful environment, all users must register using their real name and a verifiable property address within the community. Anonymous, pseudonymous, or unverified accounts are strictly prohibited and will be deactivated by moderators.

B. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree NOT to post, upload, or transmit content that includes: (1) personal attacks, harassment, defamation, or bullying directed at neighbors, board members, or management staff; (2) commercial spam, unsolicited business advertisements, or unauthorized solicitations; or (3) sensitive personal data, such as personal financial records, private phone numbers, or confidential property details.

C. Active Moderation & Platform Rights

In accordance with platform guidelines and Section 230 protections, administrators reserve the right to remove any non-compliant posts, edit content, suspend accounts, or ban disruptive users immediately and without prior notice. If you encounter inappropriate content or spam, please contact the moderation team through the Contact page.

D. Data Privacy

This platform operates on a verified, opt-in basis. The homeowner roster is used only to verify that a person registering lives at a community address; having a roster entry does not create an account. Email is sent only to people who have registered, and non-essential messages can be unsubscribed from at any time.

Official Notices

This portal does not replace the official HOA website or management portal, and official association notices cannot be legally served through this site. Board members participating here should remember that association business must be conducted at properly noticed, open board meetings (F.S. § 720.303).
