Why is my account "Pending Approval"?
Every new registration is reviewed by an HOA administrator before activation. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
I didn't receive my activation email.
Check your spam folder. Activation links expire after 24 hours — contact the HOA office if yours has expired.
Can a family member have their own login?
Yes — add them under Family in your dashboard and enable "Allow Login Access."
Who can see the posts and photos I share?
You choose visibility per post — Public or Homeowners Only, depending on settings enabled by your board.
